In this role you will be coordinating plant, labour, subcontractors and suppliers. Your talents will provide the team with an environment that puts safety and quality first. What you'll bring to the table: Minimum class 2 license with WTR endorsement A background in earthworks and road construction, including pavement construction Proven experience in leading a crew Previous plant experience in a construction environment Ability to communicate clear expectations to your team and suppliers Accountability for resources, including people management and supply allocation A can-do attitude and the ability to problem solve An unwavering commitment towards safety with a safety record to match What's in it for you: We have a great team culture and supportive work environment here in Fulton Hogan.
