In this role you will be coordinating plant, labour, subcontractors and suppliers. Your talents will provide the team with an environment that puts safety and quality first.What you'll bring to the table:Minimum class 2 license with WTR endorsementA background in earthworks and road construction, including pavement constructionProven experience in leading a crewPrevious plant experience in a construction environmentAbility to communicate clear expectations to your team and suppliersAccountability for resources, including people management and supply allocationA can-do attitude and the ability to problem solveAn unwavering commitment towards safety with a safety record to matchWhat's in it for you: We have a great team culture and supportive work environment here in Fulton Hogan.
