You will ensure all departments and contracts work are carried out in a safe manner, forward plan, and programme manage have the ability to organise resources to ensure we meet our objectives for quality service to our customers.

You will be responsible for: Lead, motivate and develop a high performing team of 20-40 staffTender and negotiate for work and investigate new opportunities in association with the Regional teamPrepare business plans, capex and budgets according to schedule and agreed with Regional ManagerEnsure Subcontractor Capability Assessments are completed and reviewed for all subcontractorsLead and champion Fulton Hogan best practices, work procedures, health and safety, environment and quality procedures, customer relationship management on all projectsEnsure Fulton Hogan procedures for supplier and subcontractor management are followed and all paperwork is completed for set upManage key stakeholder engagementRenew contracts, pricing and review forward work programmesManage and develop internal capability Skills and experience that will ensure your success; BE or NZCE or significant industry experienceExtensive people leadership and management experience, with a focus on mentoring and developmentFinancial and business acumenStrong planning and organisational capabilitiesExcellent communication and relationship building skillsA style that leads by exampleAn ability to achieve team results What can we do for you?
