We're in search of a Compliance Manager who embodies precision, adaptability, and a proactive approach to ensure our high standards are maintained across both locations.
The Role:
- Oversee Food, and Health & Safety systems, ensuring our stores continue to be the go-to for quality and safety.
- Handle product rejections, recalls, and customer complaints efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with legislation and regulations, providing necessary support and training to our teams.
- Liaise with external bodies and regulatory teams to uphold our standards.
- Conduct regular compliance checks and maintain certification for personnel and equipment.
- Lead risk assessments, accident investigations, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Who You Are:
- Experienced in Compliance systems within Foodstuffs supermarkets or similar retail environments, particularly in managing Food Control Plans.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in Food Control Plan maintenance and 1 year in certification programs.
- Proficient in conducting audits, accident investigations, with strong computer skills.
- Detail-oriented, excellent at time management, and adept at navigating change.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to train, guide, and influence teams positively.
