Compliance Manager

Are you an experienced technical Accountant with an interested in business development and relationship building? We are looking for a self-motivated individual, with an eye for detail and consistency, who thrives on identifying opportunities to add value and improve efficiency's.

The Opportunity:
• You'll leverage new technology and processes to deliver accurate and timely enterprise technical services of varying complexities to businesses.
• Collaborate with clients to adopt new work methodologies, providing end-to-end solutions and using advanced analytic techniques to enhance optimisation and gain deeper insights into organisational operations.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation of a wide range of financial requirements of varying complexity.
• Formulate solutions to client problems and issues.
• Contribute to our team culture with an innovative approach to technical accounting delivery.
• Manage and monitor engagement commercial aspects to achieve desired levels of quality and profitability, meeting utilisation and productivity targets.
• Deliver quality technical compliance work and support team development in this area.
• Provide coaching and mentoring, identifying development or training needs.
• Support building a high-performing team culture, including staff performance management.
• Recognise business development opportunities and build key business relationships.
What You'll Bring:
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• CA ANZ or CPA membership or equivalent.
• Significant experience as a Chartered Accountant, including Accounting, Tax, and International Tax.
• Demonstrated high-level technical skills and knowledge.
• Strong background in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Sound knowledge of relevant financial and business information.
• Competent user of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as accounting systems.
• Experience in team development and performance management.
• Excellent communication, organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Professional approach to work with a strong client focus.
