About the Role Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, the Compliance Lead is a key role driving and supporting the end-to-end quality framework within packhouse and coolstore environments to ensure our fantastic miniature apples get to our customers around the world in top condition. Duties include: · Coordinate packhouse compliance activities · Support quality improvement initiatives· Compile and analyse data for reports · Support and assist quality teams in packhouse and coolstores for compliance with regulatory, market and Rockit standards · Troubleshoot quality issues and support quality projects · Coordinate and ensure required compliance training is completed within required timeframes Skills You Need We're keen to hear from people who have: · A positive attitude and enjoy working with our diverse team of characters · Knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes · A hunger to learn and develop new skills · Ideally 5+ years quality experience in packhouse or orchard environments · Confident and capable IT literacy in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of compliance programs OAP and SQF Benefits · Competitive remuneration · Opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing business · Staff wellbeing support including Birthday leave · Regular supply of our delicious, snack-sized apples!
