This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your finance career.About the RoleReporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, the Compliance Lead is a key role driving and supporting the end-to-end quality framework within packhouse and coolstore environments to ensure our fantastic miniature apples get to our customers around the world in top condition.Duties include:· Coordinate packhouse compliance activities· Support quality improvement initiatives · Compile and analyse data for reports· Support and assist quality teams in packhouse and coolstores for compliance with regulatory, market and Rockit standards· Troubleshoot quality issues and support quality projects· Coordinate and ensure required compliance training is completed within required timeframesSkills You NeedWe're keen to hear from people who have:· A positive attitude and enjoy working with our diverse team of characters· Knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes· A hunger to learn and develop new skills· Ideally 5+ years quality experience in packhouse or orchard environments· Confident and capable IT literacy in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of compliance programs OAP and SQFBenefits· Competitive remuneration· Opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing business· Staff wellbeing support including Birthday leave· Regular supply of our delicious, snack-sized apples!Flexibility regarding work hours and a full driver's licence are essential.
