Mangere Location 80k ndash 90k Growth opportunities Our client is a NZ owned business that manufactures world class products for retail and business customers globally Due to a recent resignation they are looking for an operations accountant to join their team This is a fast paced role and complex organisation Being privately owned decisions are made quickly the business is going through positive change to embark on the next chapter of their journey They have had double digital growth since their inception a couple of years ago Reporting to the Head of Finance your primary focus would be monthly reporting cashflow forecasting Payroll GST and PAYE filling Key Responsibilities Preparing monthly management accounts Preparing Quarterly Annual reports Banking Reconciliations Ensuring all IRD returns are completely accurately and filed on time Oversight of the group administration function ensuring payables receivables are accurate and paid on time Preparation and management of budgets Preparation of cashflow reporting Management of Intercompany transactions and Trust accounts Key Requirements A degree qualification in Accounting or Commerce Experience in Netsuite is essential and candidates from manufacturing background would have an advantage An understanding of preparing monthly management accounts A proven ability to prepare financial accounts and undertake group consolidations Strong analytical and financial modelling skills If this is something of interest to you apply now or call Vishal Rajani on 021 192 9374 or email your resume to vishal rajani beyond co nz Job ID 104099
