Community Team Leader - Northland Based

Are you a passionate clinician, interested in developing your skills in a clinical team leader role that supports the growth of our community Neuro rehabilitation service?ABI Rehabilitation's Northland Community Service (based in Whangarei) is looking for an allied health professional (physio, OT, or SLT) with neuro-rehab experience and familiarity supporting/coordinating a multi-disciplinary team. Experience in community-based rehab, and service development would be desirable.ABI Rehab is a national leader in the field of brain injury rehabilitation and an accredited provider of community-based rehabilitation for clients with conditions such as TBI, Concussion, along with spinal and other complex injuries. Our inter-disciplinary team delivers community-based rehabilitation services across the wider Northland region. We have a strong client and whanau focus and apply the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi though the implementation of Te Hekenga-a-ora (ABI's Maori Development Plan) to support equitable outcomes.As a Team Leader, you will be part of an exciting time as we continue to grow and develop our Northland service, while being well supported by ABI's other community teams around the motu. We are passionate about providing high quality evidence-based practice, a great team environment and collaborative working. You will be supported to develop the skills needed to excel in this role with ongoing training and mentoring from management and clinical leadership.
