Community Support Worker (Personal Cares)

Permanent (Part-Time) / Casual Roles available based on candidate preference. * Job Location: Wairarapa , Hutt Valley, Kapiti , and Wellington Regions Are you interested in providing personal cares? Are you looking to join a team that provides support to people within their own homes, through a mix of short- and long-term contracts. Someone who brings experience or knowledge and understanding and enjoyment of working with families, people recovering from accidents or have long-term conditions. You may have experience in working with people with disabilities which would be valued. You will be involved in personal support, household management, shopping, meal preparation, social and other activities as planned. You will be someone who has mature thinking, a common-sense approach, good initiative, a good engager, relator, has a great sense of humor and importantly a positive communicator. This is community-based work, rotating rosters involving and including am, pm, sleepover and weekend work.
