The fixed term parental leave cover is 64 hours per fortnight with additional sleepover shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesYour days may vary, but will consist of:Engaging with clients.Setting and achieving individual personal goalsSupporting them with activities of daily livingEnsuring support with medication and considering client needsSupporting clients with personal hygieneActivities within the communitySupporting social and whanau connectionMotivating clients to know they have a purposeEnsuring client processes are accurately documentedMost importantly supporting them to have fun and live fulfilling livesWe are looking for someone who follows the company's values of being Vibrant, Innovative, Supportive and Professional….
