You will need to support them with varied tasks & goals.Your days may vary, but will consist of:Engaging with clients.Setting and achieving individual personal goalsEncouraging client participation in day to day lifeSupporting them with activities of daily livingEnsuring support with medication and considering client needsSupporting clients with personal hygieneActivities within the communitySupporting social and whanau connectionMotivating clients to know they have purposeEnsuring client processes are accurately documentedMost importantly supporting them to have fun and live fulfilling livesWe focus on self-development, where you will have a chance to train and gain further education on the job, which enhances your CV within the organisation. Our starting rate is $24.78 an hour and increases to $29.10 after completing your Career Force Level 4 qualification with us, which is on the job based training. Are you our missing link?1 X Full time (32 hours a week)Tuesday to Friday 9am - 5:30pmAs we operate 24/7, hours of work will include day, evening, weekend, awake night and sleepover shifts.No qualifications needed, however there will be an expectation that you will be willing to work towards a Level 4 in Health & Disability.
