The Role Our hauora services focus on supporting clients to achieve their optimal health potential, and assisting whanau and caregivers to do the same. Our Community Support Workers are integral to this mahi and will ensure safe and appropriate support is given in a client-centred manner. They also contribute to teaching, education, and support to services, so this is a role with plenty of opportunities for variety, challenge, and job satisfaction.
