About the role

Role initially will be casual based on your availability, with options to go part or full time in the future depending on what you are looking for/ needs in the business at the time
Monday – Friday business working hours
Complete InterRai assessments
Oversee medication management plans and training support workers
Evaluate and implement treatment plans for wound care clients
Provide catheter care and education
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
Be able to travel around the area within West, Central and South Auckland depending on client base
Skills & Experience Registered nurse with current APC
Excellent communication skills
Able to work well with support workers and independently as needed
Full clean drivers licence
Post-graduate certificate in nursing and experience in the community is advantageous but not essential
Prior experience in community or a similar setting is advantageous
