St Lukes Community Mental Health Centre provides a range of assessment and recovery focused treatment options for adults experiencing serious mental illness and severe psychological disorders.
The Care and Recovery Team provides a range of high quality therapeutic interventions with a strong multi-disciplinary focus. You will have excellent assessment and risk management skills and be recovery focused with an ability to work collaboratively with our service users and their families. The ability to provide planned care that supports the service user manage their mental health needs is essential. Individual or group therapy skills would be an advantage.
This role would suit someone who has experience in a community mental health setting and is familiar with the community key worker role. Applicants with acute inpatient experience will also be considered for this position.
You must be a NZ registered Mental Health Nurse with a current APC.
ADHB is keen to support nurses to achieve recognition through completion of PDRP portfolios.
Afull and clean NZ driver licenceis essential in this community based role.
