Health Workers in the Outreach Immunisation Service work in a small and supportive team, where collaboration and teamwork are a priority.
You would be working alongside Plunket Nurses to deliver Immunisation Service to the Counties Manukau Area in homes and the community.Are you:

The Health Worker role will be based from 11 Vogler Drive, Wiri, Manukau on a Fixed Term Basis until March 2021. There will be a part time contract available from March 2021.
To be successful you will have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence to work both independently and within a team environment
Ability to work alongside families in a supportive and caring manner
An understanding and an acceptance of different cultures and parenting practices that make up our community
Have an understanding and commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi
A commitment to complete the National Certificate in Tamariki Ora ? Well Child Services programme
Hold a full, clean New Zealand driver?s licence
New Zealand residency is essential
