Communications Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

Plexure Group is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Communications Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate level professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to help promote our brand and engage with our target audience.

Responsibilities:- Create and distribute engaging content across various platforms including social media, website, email newsletters, and press releases- Develop and implement communication plans to support marketing campaigns and initiatives- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven improvements- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in communication strategies- Support internal communication efforts to keep employees informed and engaged

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in communications or marketing roles- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Critical thinking and analysis abilities- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
