Job Description:
As a Communications Specialist at Cincinnati Financial in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will play a key role in developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively deliver the company's message to internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing various communication channels, and ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement communication plans to support key business initiatives- Create engaging content for press releases, social media posts, newsletters, and other communication materials- Manage the company's social media accounts and website to enhance brand visibility and engagement- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication of company updates and announcements- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the impact of communication strategies- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support communication initiatives- Support senior management in developing communication strategies and materials for key stakeholders
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field- Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- Strong organizational and project management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms- Demonstrated leadership and adaptability in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptable and motivated personality traits
