Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will support the development of communications collateral for our clients and their employees in line with our annual plan. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with a range of clients that are some of the largest employers in New Zealand.
This is a busy and varied role that requires a high level of detail, and an interest in simplifying complex information. Strong stakeholder management and engagement is essential for this role, as content production requires contributions from subject matter experts across the business and external suppliers.
To make this role your own you will be customer-centric, understand and be passionate about integrity of different brands, ideally have 2+ years previous experience in the corporate sector or accustomed to working with multiple customers, and enjoy working in a supportive communications role.

Your key responsibilities will be: Producing regular communication material in-line with the annual communications plan with the purpose of helping employees understand financial matters. This includes e-newsletters, website articles, presentations, booklets, online analysis, member engagement surveys, monthly reports, fact sheets, and supporting creation of annual reports. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to implement end-to-end marketing and communication projects. Working collaboratively with members of the customer marketing and communications team to assist with the preparation and implementation of project briefs, print quotes and print jobs. Effectively managing projects by constantly reviewing project status, and identifying and responding to changes. Working closely with the design studio and mail house to design and distribute work to budget and time. Tracking budgets and costs against a job code. Ability to work creatively to achieve the end goal with design, print and mail house providers Writing, editing and peer reviewing work across a wide range of media including both online and print. Your skills and knowledge are: Proven writing skills. Project coordination experience. Basic experience in finance and / or superannuation writing desirable. Ability to organize and track multiple simultaneous communication and marketing projects to deadlines and budget. Strong attention to detail and the ability to peer review and track minor projects through to the design studio. Enjoy working in a team respecting different working styles and methods. Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to deal with all levels of the business. Advanced MS Office skills. About Us
