Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Officers

The Roles:
Support the Communications and Stakeholder Engagement function in the delivery of services for Pacific Complete, including providing senior advice and services across consultation, customer information, issues management, stakeholder analysis, communications approaches and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Communications and Stakeholder Engagement plans including risk assessment and stakeholder analysis.
Develop stakeholder and issues management strategies and approaches for contentious or publically sensitive elements of the upgrade.
Negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes for the organisation and partners.
Deliver collateral, events, advice and all aspects of communications and engagement to meet timelines, priorities and budget while also evaluating outcomes to ensure strategic and flexible approaches.
Develop internal and external communications as required that may include reports, data entry into Consultation Manager, newsletters, website updates and information packs

Relevant Experience:
Tertiary qualification in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing
Good operational knowledge of and experience in communications and stakeholder engagement including development and implementation of strategies and plans required. Knowledge of construction and engineering sectors desirable.
