In this role you will be responsible for assisting the team with preparing, cooking and presenting quality dishes that 'wow' our customers, as well as various other kitchen duties as directed by the senior Chef on shift.You will also;Set up and prepare ingredients, buffets and desserts as neededBe a strong advocate for food safety and hygieneHelp respond to customer enquiries and feedbackEnsure stock is controlled and rotated as requiredThis is a Part Time opportunity, working 30 hours per week across a range of shifts including nights and weekends.
