Description

Conduct client matters including:

- Commercial property sales & purchases
- Landlord and Tenant work
- Leasehold and Freehold titles
- Drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for
lease. Licences, guarantees and legal charges
- Providing appropriate technical and practical advice to clients on commercial property
matters
- Liaising with the remainder of the commercial team in respect of all transactions and
where relevant any associated business sales and purchases
- Compliance with the firm's routine time recording, accounts and administrative disciplines
- Attending Commercial department meetings and such training courses as determined by
DM

Profile

You will be a commercial property lawyer, ideally with between 1-5 PQE. You will be able to demonstrate competency in the above responsibilities and be keen to join and help grow a reputable Kent firm through networking.
