About the opportunity

As a Commercial Property Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our firm's property practice. Working on a diverse range of commercial property transactions. Your responsibilities will include advising clients on property acquisitions and disposals, drafting, and negotiating contracts, and providing legal advice.
You will be working closely with an experienced Partner to deliver client-focused solutions and contribute to the success of the firm. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your career within Queenstown and work across exciting matters that in turn will help shape the regions future. In this role you will also take a leadership position in mentoring junior team members.



About you Excellent experience across commercial, property, and private client matters. You will enjoy working within a collaborative team and independently when required. Be sitting at either Senior Solicitor level or Associate. Proven track record working in a reputable law firm. You will have great communication skills, both verbal and written. Motivated and pro-active attitude You will build excellent client relationships.
