Reporting to T&G Fresh's Managing Director, you'll lead the Hinton's Orchard team across growing, packhouse, administration, and sales.Key responsibilities include:Manage key commercial relationships to drive growth and profitability for both export and domestic marketsLead and develop an engaged, high-performing team with acontinuous improvement mindsetProactively seek out opportunities to improve production, reduce cost, and drive efficiencyFinancial management acrossOPEX and CAPEXStrategic planning including supply / volume forecastingLead the Growing operation to ensure crops meet quality and quantity specificationsLead Packhouse and Administration operations to ensure delivery of packed finish product to key customersThis role is based in Alexandra, Central Otago.
