Rockit apples are standing out on the world stage and are now enjoyed by consumers in more than 30 countries worldwide.About the roleReporting to the GM Commercial & General Counsel, this is a newly created role with immense opportunity and appeal. You will provide timely, pragmatic, strategic and commercial advice to all Rockit business units and enjoy a wide range of stimulating and challenging work.In particular, you will provide support and guidance in relation to general corporate matters, litigation, governance, compliance, transactional matters, IP, development agreements, license agreements, regulatory matters, risk management, financing activities and contract management. This includes supporting Rockit's global activity across multiple jurisdictions.In addition, and uniquely, you will take a lead role in developing and implementing Rockit's ESG strategy, policies and frameworks to ensure alignment with industry best practices and stakeholder expectations. This will include collaborating with internal teams to integrate ESG considerations into decision making processes; managing the reporting of ESG-related data and metrics; advising on evolving ESG regulations, trends and standards and representing Rockit externally on ESG-related matters.This is a 'front and centre' role within the business where you will work proactively and collaboratively to help achieve great business outcomes. You will be confident taking ownership and developing relationships at a senior level, and relish the opportunity to support business initiatives and contribute to Rockit's strategic objectives.Applications are welcome from candidates based in Hawke's Bay or wanting to relocate.
