Commercial Cleaner(S)

This employer is looking for a reliable and trust worthy person or two, to join our commercial cleaning business.
All cleaning equipment is provided by the employer. No experience is needed for this position as training provided.The ideal candidate for this role will: Be eager to learn Have good physical fitness Be motivated to get the work done. Have access to a mobile phone Ideally have their own transport to the job, although location is within walking distance so this is not a necessity Position available for cleaning staff at three different sites. After 5.30pm start Total 9 hours per week (4 hours on a Wednesday and 5 hours Friday/Saturday (Could consider some Friday work being carried out on Saturday) This can be split into two or three jobs for multiple people for the right candidates. This is due to the employer having 2 sites requiring cleaning twice a week and 1 other site that only requires cleaning once a week.
For the 2 sites twice a week there is some flexibility around when you can carry out the work with the option to do it weekly on a Wednesday and Friday or Friday and Saturday
Where as the other site is usually cleaned once weekly on a Wednesday Tasks include: Dusting, wiping down surfaces emptying office bins cleaning kitchen mopping and vacuuming cleaning bathroom (Bathroom only in one site of the three) Successful applicants must: Be honest, mature, responsible and reliable. Have a strong desire to get the job done to the highest standard, with a great eye for detail. Ability to take responsibility for setting alarms and key holding. Be tidy and presentable. Have excellent communication skills, be friendly and have a positive attitude. Be able to work independently, follow instruction and work as a team. Be able to pass drug tests and police vetting.
