Job Description The purpose of our finance department is to add value to TOMRA by delivering high quality, accurate financial results and information to internal stakeholders and proactively partner with other team members in pursuit of business goals. Your work will be purposeful, and you will get hands on with data and tell a story and explain trends. Here's a sneak peek into some of what you will be doing: Perform ongoing review of revenue and margin analysis for Sales and Service. Querying inconsistencies with the relevant transactional team members to ensure accuracy and completeness Extracting data and analysing financial information by project, products, and category Prepare and distribute key financial information to relevant internal stakeholders on monthly performance vs budget Support the preparation of month end reports Prepare sales commission/bonus calculations for the Sales team Meet reporting deadlines, providing relevant and insightful information that supports and tells the story behind our performance (actual and forecast) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Work to a high standard, striving for excellent customer service and always look for ways to do things better Actively participate in the development and implementation of finance related projects that aim to improve and enhance finance information and processes Qualifications About you: Good knowledge of financial structures, processes and demonstrates accounting and commercial acumen Strong analytical skills with ability to assimilate and analyse complex information from disparate sources and provide sound, well-reasoned decisions Technically accurate and action orientated Good communication and presentation skills Proven 2+ years' experience in a management accounting role or professional accounting/audit experience Experience in a finance function in planning & forecasting, reporting and analysis preferred Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting or Business CA/CPA qualification or working towards this qualification is advantageous We encourage you to bring your authentic self to work and make a positive contribution to your team and the wider business.
