Learn more here: http://www.enghouseinteractive.com/ The Role: As a member of the Enghouse global SaaS CloudOps team, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Enghouse-hosted SaaS solutions including Contact Centers, Outbound Dialers, IVR platforms, and other complementary solutions. In this role, you will work with multiple technologies running on a variety of operating systems and devices. What you will be doing: Work on all Enghouse Interactive SaaS operations.Must adhere to ISO 27001 policies and practices.Design, implement and support Continuous Delivery processes.Contribute to security-related activities that impact cloud operations.Help maintain current and future infrastructure in AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM, and our Data Centers.Make recommendations for improvements to existing architecture and operations applications.Design, maintain and operate capacity and operational testing, and cloud instance based on cloud provider tools, open-source tools, and/or in-house developed tools.Work with Customer Support and Professional Services organizations troubleshooting and resolution of issues.What you have: We are looking for applicants that enjoy working as part of a team, as well as working autonomously to deliver their projects.
