Clinical Training and Education Centre Manager (Full-Time), People & Professional Development, Te Whatu Ora Senior registered healthcare professional role coaching and leading at all levels Monday to Friday Development role working across all areas of Te Whatu Ora-Counties Manukau An innovative and experienced senior healthcare professional you will thrive in an autonomous role where you will manage the team and provide clinical education, CPR, ACLS and EWS education and humans factors and resilience methodology for Counties Manukau Health employees and associated primary health providers. The role also encompasses advanced simulation skills, including pre-briefing, simulation facilitation and debriefing for the purposes of education, quality improvement and system/process testing throughout the organisation giving you the opportunity to work across all levels of the organisation from a wide variety of disciplines. A quality aspect of the role includes regular auditing, and data collection to improve compliance and systems throughout the hospital in relation to emergency management equipment and processes. Reporting to the Deteriorating Patient Forum. It will go without saying that you will have an in-depth knowledge of Emergency/Resuscitation procedures. You will also be required to gain NZRC certification to instruct NZ Resuscitation Council framework.
