Clinical Team Leader - MHSOP - Community Team · Great support from a cohesive senior leadership teamAwhi Matua Mental Health Services for Older People is a community team, based at Greenlane Clinical Centre. We provide specialist assessment and treatment for adults aged 65 years and over who are experiencing mental illness and/or cognitive change. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to optimise the function and wellness of older adults with the aim of supporting them to continue to live as independently and meaningfully as possible.Our team provide assessment, treatment and management of complex health needs in collaboration with service users and their whanau.In this role, you will join a supportive peer group of other Clinical Team Leaders and Charge Nurses across our mental health services. The role includes both clinical and operational leadership reporting to the Operations Manager and working collaboratively with the Service Clinical Director and in partnership with the Lead Clinician.You will be a self-motivated and conscientious clinician with strong leadership skills and a robust background working in mental health.
