The Company: My client  is a supplier of non-invasive and minimally invasive haemodynamic equipment used to monitor the amount of blood flowing around the body and ensure that vital organs are adequately oxygenated.  Since launching i 1999, they bee committed to improving patient outcomes whilst providing excellent customer service and are dedicated to making a difference The Position: The company are looking for someone who is drive and has ITU/Theatre nursing experience to work i a Clinical Specialist capacity Who should apply?  Nurse with ITU/Theatre experience Excellent training give Excellent product portfolio Basic salary: c£35k + £2k company bonus.   Territory: North Thames & East Anglia Products: Cardiac Output and Haemodynamic Monitors Your experience: The successful candidate will have a ITU/Theatre/Critical Care nursing background and ideally have had previous experience of providing training and educatio to clinicians The role: Providing post-sales training and educatio to a wide range of clinicians from consultants/technicians to nurses.  You will be responsible for setting up and carrying out training days, troubleshooting problems and developing profitable working relationships with customers i order to secure future business.The Clinical Specialist will report directly to the Clinical Specialist Manager.  Interactio with the relevant territory Sales Executive to identify areas for support both i new product evaluations and training / educatio of installed equipment is required.  The successful candidate is expected to manage their ow time i conjunctio with the Sales Executive Deliver clinical and product training to Intensivists, Anaesthetists, Nurses, ODP’s and other health care professionals i the Critical Care, Anaesthetics or other clinical settings as required Assess customer training requirements and develop training plans Liaise with the Clinical Specialist Manager, National Sales Manager and Sales Executive to prioritise time Evaluate effectiveness of training input and feedback to team Conduct RCN accredited training days Organise training days with hospitals Build relationships with professional development nurses to maintai continued training momentum Help co-ordinate educational forums / workshops as required Liaise with training bodies such as RCN/BACCN to identify changes i educational practices and advise company accordingly.  Feedback market intelligence and sales opportunities with Sales Executive Keep abreast of the latest developments i haemodynamic monitoring sector and clinical literature.  Account pla ing with the regio sales executive and specialist manager.  Drive sales growth withi existing accounts by promoting use of the technology.  Manage stock levels and ensure repeat of key bulk orders.  Responsibility for sales of distributio disposable items.
