Clinical Quality And Foundations Facilitator

About the role

This role is a key position in working collaboratively with the wider networks of clinics to ensure The Foundation Standards are met and that quality plans are implemented and followed through on. This position will receive a great level of support from an experienced manager in the space, with ongoing career development opportunities.
Work across the network of clinics, both in person and virtually as required
Work closely with practices to ensure audits and foundation requirements are met on time
Be able to link in with the wider team to offer advice pre and post assessment and also be available to answer questions or queries within this
Have indepth knowledge of Quality and Foundation standards within the primary care sector to be able to accurately inform decisions made at different levels including board reports

Skills and Experience A registered health professional with the relevant board in NZ
Full NZ drivers license
Proven experience within quality improvements, and having worked with either LEAN or six Sigma
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Prior experience working within Primary Health Care in the foundations and quality improvement space is preferred
Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and working in a culturally appropriate manner
Team player committed to providing a high quality service
