We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced registered nurse to work as the Clinical Nurse Manager – Wards 4A & 4B - General Medical Ward. You will be responsible for supporting the nursing, administrative and medical staff partnering with the Head of Department to lead the effective and efficient delivery of the services in Wards 4A & 4B.Preferred candidates will demonstrate a confident, sound clinical foundation together with a motivational leadership style able to build a cohesive team and facilitate service development.
