Hours of work: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
About the Role: Lead the facility's clinical team, inspire and motivate the team to uphold our excellent standards. Ensure all clinical staff receive adequate orientation and ongoing training to maintain a safe environment for residents. Ensure standards of care meet the requirements of Health & Disability Sector Standards.
Duties include: Providing orientation and self-directed learning packages to new staff. Ensuring new employee documentation and checklists are completed.
