Our Nurse Manager plays an essential role in the advancement and development of our nursing team within general practice. The Nurse Manager leads the nursing team, which includes Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Assistants, to provide safe, high-quality, efficient and effective nursing service to our practice population. You will work closely with the Clinical Lead, Practice Manager, General Practitioners, Nursing team and social workers across Ngati Whatua Orakei Whai Maia to provide a range of Primary Care Nursing services within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for establishing and implementing safe and vigorous clinical processes and practices within our nursing team. You will support the induction, mentoring, training and implementation of professional development plans of our nursing team. Our Nursing Staff enjoy a genuine work-life balance, a wide range of practice work, and an environment where supportive professional career opportunities are on offer. At least 3+ years of proven experience in a Lead Nurse role that includes managing people Background in training & mentoring nurses You must be NZ registered with current annual practising and CPR certificates.
