Ensure all clinical staff receive adequate orientation and ongoing training to maintain a safe environment for residents. Ensure standards of care meet the requirements of Health & Disability Sector Standards. Duties include: Providing orientation and self-directed learning packages to new staff. Ensuring new employee documentation and checklists are completed. Professionally maintaining database and waiting list, ensuring high levels of consumer contact.
