About the role: This well regarded and growing private hospital has a vacancy for an experienced theatre team member to lead and manage the CSSD team in a brand new off site facility. This will be working FT, Mon-Fri, leading a team of 35 and reporting in to the GM. This is both clinical leadership and site management for the daily operations of the CSSD and delivery of sterile services. You will be responsible for the full HR capacity of your team including performance management and development of its team members.
