We are looking for an inspirational Clinical Nurse Lead who is looking for their next challenge to provide leadership and direction to our brand-new village.
This role would work across Monday - Friday/ Tuesday to Saturday with the occasion to be require on call. The estimated start date for this role is 3rd June 2024. Job Description:About You:
The ideal applicant will be a calm, caring, and conscientious person who works well with others.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current APC and have recognised expertise in the provision of clinical oversight
A Team player who is passionate to support, train and develop the Care team
A skilled communicator who has effective relationship building abilities
An InterRAI trained RN who can complete and oversee clinical assessments and care planning

Qualifications:Role Responsibilities:
Assist in providing clinical guidance and leadership to the Care Centre team
Help to provide day to day direction and guidance to the onsite care team!
Working closely with Care Centre Manager to help support safe operation of the care team.
Active involvement with the Summerset quality management programme
