About the role
Being one of the leading brands with a strong presence in the Aged Care sector, this organisation seeks a strong Clinical Nurse Educator to join their Clinical Education team. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional innovative care to their residents. Your exceptional clinical knowledge will be share amongst their nursing team and overseas trained nursing looking to gained NZ registrations
Full time fixed term position for 12 months with possibility extension

What you have to do Plans and develops training programmes that meet all contractual and NZQA requirements.
Acts as a resource providing expert advice and education to nursing and care staff
Promotes effective teamwork and collaborative relationships with education team
Models expert nursing skills. Works collaboratively with Clinical Nurse Educators and other health care providers to plan, deliver staff education and professional development programmes.
Professional demeanour and high level of personal integrity
Skills and Experience Current APC
Postgraduate nursing education would be an advantage
Qualification in teaching/mentoring adult in clinical setting favourable
Demonstrate clinical competency and commitment to clinical education
Team player qualities are essential and a 'can do' attitude
Shows cultural sensitivity and safe practice
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written English
