Clinical Manager - Occupational Therapy

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

You'll play a major role in directing the Strategic Direction of the Occupational Therapy Department and link this to the overall Allied Health Strategic direction.
This diverse role will see you developing and promoting the department in an acute setting and demonstrating competence in the management of staff and resources. You will be committed to promote teamwork and facilitate open communication with staff.

You'll lead and engage our large team of occupational therapists who are passionate about providing quality care and ensuring continued professional development. You'll be well supported by the Allied Health Clinical Managers and Director of Allied Health at the Christchurch Combined Campus.
