We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Lead meaningful changes in residents' lives
Work-life balance, career progression, & supportive management within aged care

Current APC and NZ Nursing Registration
ExperiencedClinical Managerwho is genuinely passionate about aged care
Are able to work with and empower residents who have different needs
Love mentoring, educating, and providing support to your staff
Have a strong clinical background and budget management experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Broad knowledge of the NZ aged care industry & Health & Disability Service Standards
Will continue the high standards of the existing 4-year audit certification
