Perfectly located next to Te Kori Scott Point Park in Hobsonville, Keith Park Village is a thriving retirement community where our residents enjoy relaxed retirement living on the coast, with charming eateries, shops, the Catalina Bay Farmer's market, lush green spaces, and the fabulous Coastal Walkway nearby. 
With construction underway for building the heart of the village, the village centre will include a café, bar, hair and beauty salon, library, swimming pool and spa, gym, and bowling green. Keith Park Village Centre will offer a range of care options including assisted living in serviced apartments, resthome care, hospital care, and specialist dementia care. 

Like all aspects of our villages, we constantly look for ways to improve both the care we provide and the innovation behind it. Care is customised using our 'myRyman Care' care app and residents will love the food in our seasonal 'Delicious' menu, which is prepared fresh on site by village Chefs.

About the Role Join our village leadership team as a Clinical Manager at Keith Park Village located in Hobsonville, Auckland! This role includes working Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:30 with on-call responsibilities to meet operational requirements. 
Provide clinical leadership and management oversight to nursing, care and auxiliary teams throughout the villageEnsure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents Lead, develop and grow a strong team of happy, kind, trained and highly motivated staff dedicated to delivering world-class care and treatmentEnsure that clinical policy and procedures are adhered toProvide support to the Village Manager About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will: 
Have proven experience as Senior Registered Nurse, preferably in residential aged care, with a current APCBe an advanced clinical leader with the ability to coach, mentor and share knowledge with your teamEnjoy building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with our staff, our residents and their familiesBe focused on bringing the fun into Nursing and healthcare for our hardworking teamsHave a comprehensive knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes Place a high emphasis on exceptional customer service and work hard to exceed expectationsWill be an outstanding communicator who is professional and empathetic Have a keen focus on clinical documentation with excellent time management skillsBenefits for working at a Ryman Village
