We are looking for a motivated and experienced Clinical Manager with a broad understanding of Aged Care.
 
The key responsibilities for this position:
 
Lead and inspire and overseeing the Nursing teamPassionate about the delivery of Service to the older peopleEnsure your site is Audit readyStrong organizational and time management skillsStaff Education and OrientationPerformance appraisalPromote Caring and Quality to your residents and their familiesClinical DocumentationQuality ManagementHealth and Safety procedures 
You will have:
Sound 3-5 years Clinical Management experienceCurrent APCExcellent communication and problem solving abilitiesIndebt Leadership Quality
