This is a part time role (4 days a week).Te Whiwhinga mahi - The opportunityAs a clinical leader, you will support and empower your team to deliver outstanding service to whanau throughout our rohe. You will identify and develop the strengths of others, providing and encouraging opportunities for growth in order to ensure we are providing top quality service for our community, all whilst expanding your own leadership skillset.Delivering services in an area where many of our whanau have complex needs requires our front line staff to be flexible and creative to support holistic wellness. Leading in this area will require strong decision making abilities, the ability to communicate effectively (upwards, sideways and to your team) and draw on your people's strengths while maintaining cohesion within your team. You will be fortunate to be leading a team that is made up with established Plunket nurses as well as others who are newer to the organisation but are experienced clinicians in their own right.Given the split of the two teams - there will be a requirement to travel between the offices, and around the Hawkes Bay region from time to time.He korero mou - About youAs one of the pillars in our team, your positive and forward-thinking strategic mindset will support our ongoing growth.
