For this position, candidate will be capable of working 40 hours per week within a hospital. It have ability to the provision and provide high- quality care service within the southland hospital. It have ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with health professionals and patients. This full- time position offer a competitive salary packages $83,000 – $112,000 per year. For this position, candidate must have valid annual practicing certificate (APC) and be registered with the New Zealand psychologists board. Responsibilities for Clinical Health Psychologist:Candidate is responsible for providing high-quality health psychology service at southland hospital.It must have ability to provide psychological advice, consultation to the patients and their family.Management of varied caseload including the assessment, formulation and intervention of anxiety and mood difficulties related to patients.Access to health psychology administrative support to them.Provide psychological interventions that promote rehabilitation and psychological wellbeing.Qualification for Clinical Health Psychologist:Candidate should demonstrate highly self-motivated and have the ability to manage and prioritise a high workload autonomously.It have ability to demonstrated clinical practice in therapy for people with physical health difficulties.It must hold valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and be registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board.It have ability to work independently or within the multidisciplinary team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Benefits:Competitive salary packages.Opportunity for professional growth.Flexible working hoursAccess to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
