About the role If you're looking for the right opportunity to create positive, healthy change, then we're looking for you. Right now, we have an opportunity for a Clinical Document Workflow Coordinator to join our Medical Outpatients Department at the Whangarei Hospital in a permanent 0.6 FTE position, working 24 hours per week – no weekend work.  The purpose of this administration position is to manage the Aspire/MedDocs/Clinical Upload processes in an efficient and timely manner. Process printing, mailing and emailing to the standard outlined in protocols. Key requirements  Advanced computer skills in particular Microsoft Suite of applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook Prior experience in a fast-paced working environment Exceptional verbal & written communication skills Awareness and understanding of patient confidentiality  High attention to detail  A good understanding of medical terminology & prior health care experience is desirable.  Fixed day shifts, no night shifts or weekend!
