My client is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to step up or an experienced Clinical Coordinator ready to embrace a fulfilling dual role in this award-winning facility. This aged care facility has a hospital wing, two rest homes, and a dedicated dementia wing. Their commitment to providing exceptional care is unwavering.

What you can expect:

What you need to do:
Provide expert clinical guidance and promote a multidisciplinary team approach to care. Lead and manage a team of 60-70 staff within a dedicated wing. Address day-to-day staffing and HR issues, supported by management. Work a rotating roster and participate in an on-call schedule every six weeks. Lead, mentor and motivate staff to meet key performance indicators.
What you need to have:
Previous clinical experience as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Coordinator ideally within Aged Care. A proactive and supportive attitude, ready to step in wherever needed. Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in adapting to and enhancing workplace culture. Knowledge of NZ Employment Law. NZ Registration and a current APC.
