We have Clinical Nurse Coordinator positions available in our Haemodialysis unit based at Tauranga Hospital. These are part time positions working up to 36 hours per week across mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays to ensure that leadership is maintained across the unit at all times. 
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with relevant experience to provide clinical coordination and expertise, that ensures a safe and effective practice environment which supports the management of patient flow in the Renal Dialysis Unit. 
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing renal service that is motivated and committed to making a difference through teamwork and cooperation while providing the highest level of patient care.
You will work alongside a team of coordinators and provide support and guidance to our team of Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants. The successful applicant will be have:
Experience in leading a nursing team Significant clinical experience in renal nursing including haemodialysis experience Ability to prioritize workload patient acuity requirements based on information systems and experience Effective and clear communication involving the team/clients/whanau and families in decisionsSituated in the sunny eastern coast of New Zealand's North Island, the Bay of Plenty really is just that, offering vast golden sand beaches, bush clad mountains, lush farmlands and more.
