NETP Clinical Coach Permanent Part time - style "font-size : 14px;">If you want to work in a multi-cultural community and workplace for an organisation that values the quality of everything it does, then Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau is where you should be.Nurse Entry to Practice (NETP) is a comprehensive 12-month Programme in which Graduate Nurses are supported to progress through their first year of practice, enabling a high standard of patient and whaanau centred care and promoting continuous professional development.This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (Proficient or Expert) to join our People & Professional Development team to support and provide clinical guidance for our Graduate Nurses and their Preceptors working across the Counties Manukau region.As the Clinical Coach you will support and role model excellence in clinical practice, and assist Graduate Nurses in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.You will also support the NETP Coordinator and Educator in meeting the NETP programme requirements, including involvement in education days as required.This role will work specifically in the Adult Services across our District as well as in the Primary Health setting. Clinical experience in one of these areas would be ideal.If you want to make a difference to the experiences of our Graduate Nurses, then this is the perfect position for you!Essential :Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing CertificateProficient / Expert level PDRP3 years' experience post registrationExperience in precepting staffClean Full Drivers LicenceDesirable :Post-graduate qualification completed or in progressAdult nursing experiencePrimary Health Care nursing experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
