Clinic Operations Specialist - Linwood Medical Centre

We're re-imagining the way people access primary healthcare using a mobile app and receiving exceptional customer experiences. With 25 clinics & an online service across the nation, you will have plenty of support with our central Technology, Clinical Support, Operations, People & Finance team to help you thrive at Linwood!

Our ideal person for this role will have: Experience working inprimary or secondary care services, ideally ingeneral practice Service management & team coordination experience Strong facilitation & negotiation/persuasion skills Strong working knowledge of Practice Management Systems, with theability to pick up technology systems with ease. This role will be responsible for: Being the "go-to" person for day to day operations Coordination of clinical & non-clinical resources onsite Operational excellence &process improvement Operational needs of daily clinical services.
